This Observatory is a space for the provision of information on current e-Learning approaches identified from more than thirty projects from various programmes and action lines funded by the European Commission, and in exchange with significant representatives of the projects and with other European experts. It also contains contributions and information produced in the Workshop "Breaking barriers in education and training. How can we make e-Learning in education and training transferable, scalable and sustainable?", held on June 7, 2004

The DELPHI Observatory serves as a platform for the sharing of innovative practices, indicators of change, and state of the art information. It also contains relevant documentation and links about e-learning. If you are interested in getting insights into current practices and trends in e-Learning , or assisting on providing the administrator with additional resources for reflection and discussion, please take a look at the various sections and documents presented in the Observatory.
